Silk C Day Spa, founded by Carolyn, began as a result of her desire to color her husband’s beard for the first time. The successful outcome and positive feedback prompted her husband to suggest turning it into a business. This idea gained further support when Carolyn’s cousin, visiting from Ohio and unaware of the earlier conversation, praised Carolyn’s skill after having her lashes done. Carolyn then pursued an education in skincare, eventually leading to the creation of Silk C Day Spa, more than a retreat and self-care, but a tranquil haven catering to the rejuvenation needs of busy lives.
